What's your opinion on that? I personally find them kickass, however when I played them at guitar center, I thought that a set of thick strings, preferably size 11 would rock. the sustain and tone are awesome, you could totally get a dean sound out of it as well. any personal experience with that guitar? or any other PRS?

Well, then you guys should REALLY give PRS guitars a shot, they're not to be underestimated man, I've played ESP's they're epic, but as far as tone goes, I love PRS even the Korean Made one, the PRS SE Custom has this Dean guitar tone thing going on. PRS is badass. As for BC rich, i've never liked BC rich, the fret board feels like a hard concrete painted with sand and assfault lol not really but it's not as smooth. it's just not the guitar for me, it has a boring tone to me or just very limited. Ok sorry I'm making all this up because in all honesty I hate BC Rich lol sorry man i just can't stand them

I've heard and read a lot of good stories about PRS. There hasn't been a guitarist I've heard playing a PRS that I didn't like. The tone is amazing, but I don't think it's my kind of guitar. I'm looking for a more thrash type guitar (I have a Dean already).

Sr. was behind them. If you're going for an awesome thrash sound then go for ESP V's. I had one for a while and it was the shit. It had EMG 81/85 in it though. So that coulda been the reason.

I have played a prs se that felt and sounded just like my old dean evo noir that had the s3 headstock on it. I would love to pick one up only the singlcut though. I really liked it. To me it sounded really full and beefy. I did enjoy it. My favorite guitars are esp and old import charvels. ESP makes some of the best guitars I have played. I bought an eclipse and fell inlove with it. I had to get rid of it to fund the max cavalera brazilian flag model I bought. Now that thing rules. I also have an old charvel model 3 that is currently under construction. It has been covered with stickers from various friday the 13th movies and is waiting for a new single humbucker pickguard. I love it. EMG + shit. I hate em. Gotta go with duncan distortions and alotta midrange. That is the sound.
